All orders are shipped via Canada Post expedited parcel and are processed 1-2 days after receiving them. Le fil rouge Textiles accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express. We also have PayPal as a checkout and payment processing system. PST and GST will be charged upon checkout to all orders shipped within British Columbia. Only GST is added to shipments to all other provinces in Canada.

Flat shipping rates in Canada: British Columbia $10, Alberta $15, Manitoba $18, New Brunswick $20, Newfoundland/Labrador $20, Northwest Territories/Nunavut $20, Nova Scotia $20, Ontario $18, Prince Edward Island $20, Quebec $18, Saskatchewan $18, Yukon $20. For the US we have a flat rate of $25.

 

International Shipping

For all other international orders please contact us via email and we are happy to give you a quote for shipping. All custom fees, duties and taxes that may be occurring upon the shipment arriving in the selected country are the responsibility of the buyer and not under our control. Return policy: We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please send us an email to info@lefilrougetextiles.com within 5 days of receiving the product to notify us of any issues with the product received. Once we received the returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for the original order. Please note, unfortunately, we can not refund shipping costs or cover your cost to ship the product back to us. All goods must be in their original condition including tags and packaging.
